Chicken bowls – fast and delicious!!

Ingredients:

Rice, (You can also use quinoa, white rice, amaranth or couscous as an alternative grain, brown or white, or cauliflower)
Chicken thighs, or chicken breast, ground beef, ground turkey or even ground tofu
1 can black beans
corn (frozen or canned)
Chile lime seasoning
If you love avocado… Add it!!
This is so good! And super super easy!!
