Easy roasted sweet potatoes!

Roasted  sweet potatoes are a healthy side that goes with so many meals!!

You can add roasted sweet potatoes with almost any meal!!  Add variety to meals, or just roast up a batch and keep it handy to add to any of your meals.

salads

Just as a delicious side!

HOW TO:

1 lb sweet potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

Wash, peel and chop sweet potatoes into cubes

1 tablespoons olive oil (or any kind of oil/fat)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Variations

1 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder

** Toss in olive oil  and season with 1 tablespoon of  Salt or seasoning of choice.

Spray baking sheet 

Try and keep potatoes in a single layer.

Roast potatoes for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, use spatula flip the potatoes.

Roast until the potatoes are tender and browned all over, 15 to 20 minutes more.
