Bring Your Lunch to Work!! 😋
If you don’t already bring your lunch to work, I challenge you to try it for 1 week!!! Eliminate some of the impulses we have of ordering out or getting take-out food that isn’t good for us. 🍟🍔🍕
By bringing our lunch to work every day this week (and beyond). We can be in charge of making sure we are bringing or cooking a healthy meal ahead of time.
So for Monday’s lunch, lets avoid the urge to simply get what’s quick and easy during a busy work week. 🍱 Be sure to take in foods that serve a purpose in our diet and not just to fill a void of an empty stomach.
I also know this is A LOT cheaper than eating out everyday!!! Try packing your lunch every day this week and let me know how it goes!
